As part of the project’s output development phase, a four-day co-creation meeting was held in Germany with the participation of eight experts from the partner organisations. This working session played a key role in shaping the structure and methodology of the EcoCraft Skills training materials.

The meeting focused on the joint design of the project outputs, particularly the eight-module vocational training program, the trainer’s guide and the supporting digital components. Partners contributed from their respective fields of expertise, ensuring that the training content would be technically accurate, pedagogically consistent and applicable across different creative industry contexts.

During the four days, the group clarified the learning outcomes, content scope and implementation approaches of each module. They also outlined the structure of the guide, agreed on a consistent instructional method and discussed the visual and narrative approach for the future video and online materials. This process ensured coherence between components and strengthened the quality of the outputs under development.

An additional outcome of the meeting was the decision to publish all materials under a Creative Commons licence. This approach supports accessibility, adaptation and long-term usability of the training resources across different countries and professional environments.

The co-creation meeting served as an essential collaborative step within the project’s production processes, aligning the partners on content, methodology and delivery. The results of this session guided the subsequent development of the training program, toolkit, videos and online learning elements used in later stages of the project.
